We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Strompuls. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
- Items purchased during sales period, discount codes, Cash on Delivery (COD) or No Cost EMI offers

- Bulk Orders (2+ in a single order)
- EV Accessories

3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@strompuls.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number and instructions.

4. Shipping Returns:
- we will bear the return shipping costs when the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend recording the tracking details and agent details of the shipping partner to prevent any transit losses

5. Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 working days.

6. Exchanges:
- If you need to exchange an item for the same or some other product, please contact our Customer Support Team.
